Overall I loved the place, coming back next year.

Location, we were there for the Loskop ultra marathon and the place is walking distance to the start.

The kitchen did not have sufficient crockery for 2 people I.e. 1 cup, 1 plate, 1 spoon, 1 mug, no teaspoons… same thing with the towels for a 2 bedroom suite…

Not really suitable if looking for self catering

Modern and the beds were super comfortable

It took ages to book in and communication was not great. For a self catering unit there was 1 plate, 1 teaspoon and a pot and pan. Not sufficient at all for an family stay. We landed up having to go out for food rather than eat what we brought with. Also should not be advertised as a hotel, it is a unit complex block.

Mistakes will happen but when management responds to complaints that we'll guest will be happy

On the first day the were unprepared to serve breakfast. Sent a complaint and koketso contacted me almost immediately. Apologized and went out of her way to correct that error and added a takeaway lunch to make up for the missed breakfast

The one bathroom was not clean on arrival... and being told there is no one to make breakfast on Saturday morning

Poor

There was no fitness center as advertised. No coffee machine in the apartment and no garden view. There were incomplete utensils, crockery, and cutlery in the self-catering kitchen. The generator wasn't strong enough to pull the property during loadshedding - so there was no electricity during loadshedding. The staff were friendly and they did bring extra utensils when requested but the property did not meet expectations as advertised on Booking.com

There was a office in the one room and we asked if we could rather have another bed, they put in a lot of effort to change that to a bedroom.

I could not sleep, there are a lot of other residents, they made soo much noise. Cars coming in and out would even wake you. When they cleaned our room they left the unit wide open with lots of ppl passing it and the cleaner was nowhere to be found, with our valuables in the unit. They main gate of the complex was also wide open and our unit was close to the entrance. We booked for two nights, but only slept there the first night. I would not recommend this unit.

We had am amazing and relaxed time.

The place was clean, quite and comfortable. Francinah checked us in with a smile even though we got there extremely late. Thank you guys for making us comfortable.

It was very good

cleanness, comfort, and food.

the way they handled payment, it was mentioned during the booking confirmation that credit card information is not for payment but to mu surprise, Dominion Capital took the money and i did not know whos is Dominion Capital. I was so stressed in such a way that I had to cancel the credit card, block the account and report fraud. The other thing is that the book was for 4 people but for breakfast the gave me a quote for 2 people and i did not pick it up until the administrator came to our room informing me that I must for 2 people.

Stayed in unit 32. Checking in and out with Mbali was easy and efficient.

Having the airconditioner in the kitchen doesn't help since it doesn't circulate to the rest of the unit

There was no Cremora in the room to make coffee when we returned late at night and the water quality was not good. I don't think the water quality is the property's fault, but it looked like there was toilet paper in the bath from the tap.

It’s a great, private, very well decorated.

It’s a great, private, very well decorated. The food that they served us in our room was great, great service and access. Quiet. They made a special romantic turndown for us which was great.

Was a bit cold with no heater in the bedroom but they provided extra blankets
